Holiday Gifts and Invitations from Vendors
If you receive a gift from a vendor who either does business with Partners HealthCare or would like to do business with Partners, please return the gift or donate it to charity. At the same time, send a note to the vendor acknowledging the gift and explain that gifts can no longer be accepted. Partners Office for Interactions with Industry has a “thanks, but no thanks” sample letter that employees can use in these situations. If you have questions, contact James Bryant, JD, vice president and chief compliance officer, at email@example.com, or the Office for Interactions with Industry at PHSOII@partners.org.
