Jeffrey Taylor, MPH, was recently appointed as executive director of Ambulatory Operations and Management for the Brigham Building for the Future (BBF), effective July 25.

In this role, Taylor will serve as the senior leader for all BBF clinical operations, including Neurosciences; Orthopaedics; Rheumatology, Immunology and Allergy; Infusion Center; and Diagnostic Imaging. He will work closely with medical directors and administrative leadership in these areas. Taylor will oversee the practice management team, daily operations, financial performance and strategic planning across the BBF.

Taylor, who joined the Brigham in 2008, worked previously as the Department of Orthopaedics practice administrator for the main campus and Foxborough. Following that, he was the director of Operations and Network Development in Orthopaedics and the Brigham Orthopaedic and Arthritis Center.

Prior to joining BWH, Taylor held several different management roles at St. Joseph Health Services in Rhode Island and was a practicing physical therapist.

Taylor received his bachelor’s in physical therapy from the University of Connecticut and his master’s in public health from the University of New England.
