I am retiring and would love to use this forum to say thank you and good bye to all the wonderful people I have met and worked with.
I started working at BWH over 25 years ago, not as an employee but as a contractor. I have been the “elevator guy” maintaining the hospitals many elevators, escalators, and dumbwaiters. Twenty five years is a long time and recently my wife asked me “Why do you like working there so much?” Plain and simple the answer is, the People. I will never get over the love and dedication to patients that happens daily within these walls! I would like to thank everyone who made me laugh, shared their stories, greeted me every time I saw them, and so many other reasons. I wish the world was more like BWH,where so many people of every background get along so well. You will always have my love and respect. Thank you and Happy New Year to all!
    Your friend forever,
    Bill Kelley
